problem with GI890HD

I have a problem with GI890.I use it with motor SG2100 (USALS),Problem is with freqency 12565 H 27500 3/4 on ASTRA 3A-23,5(slovak program TA3) this freqency normaly working,but when I turn dish to Thor or Amos and I back to astra 3 this freqency have not a signal.I must go to menu,tuning, and next signal start working.Do somebody try it?.I tried use all type firmware (original and with emu).Thank you for help.

We`ve already recognized this problem. TA3 is on frequency 12565 H, on the same frequency, but V are another channels. Nobody knows why it is set like this.
According to my Slovakia friends, same problem appeared with more STB, for example IP Box.
Conclusion - it is really hard to fix it up, especially that problem not happen any time. Our engineers received complete test report and try to do something, by now without end results.

I measured it.
If I am going to menu,searching,advance search momentarily signal is OK.
Or if I restart box ,of course.
It is unbelievable problem.
Freqency 12565 V is OK,another freqencies are OK.
